Modern Comfortable Customer Offices, Waiting Area and Customer Service Division

 
  
 
We have a modern office with comfortable customer waiting area and private off the street customer parking area right in front of the main office for our customer’s convenience. At 8Th. Street Auto Body our friendly, knowledgeable and professional office staff is always ready to assist our customers with any needs they may have, including on-site rental replacement vehicles or help with getting their claim reported and set up in a timely manner. We use CCC/Pathways Computerized Estimating System with Digital Imaging and have the ability to send digital pictures through the internet with our Sony Digital Camera equipment to support any request for supplements and we provide our customers with free pick-up and delivery services. We can pick-up the customer’s vehicle or deliver the vehicle when ready with our flat bed tow truck when requested or required.

Quality Refinishing and Precision Color Matching 

We use BASF Diamont Base coat/Clear Coat Refinishing System and we are proud of our State of the Art Color Max Computerized Paint Mixing Equipment. This in combination with our modern well lit Saima Super Clean Down Draft Paint Booth allows us to precisely match even the most difficult high metallic two or three stage colors.

We are open for business Monday to Friday from 8:00AM to 6:00PM and Saturday from 8:00AM to 2:00PM.
